Over two hours for a oil change is ridiculous and having to get answers when it will be done

You should really do the inspection first and call your customer before doing anything to any vehicle.
Toyota offered me a 15% discount and service supervisor refused to honor it until I went back home for a printout. My fault for having left it at home but dealership should be aware of offers they have made.
I scheduled an oil change and it took an hour and a half. When I asked why it took so long, I was told that sometimes it takes this long. I know an oil change doesn’t take this long. I was also told it would cost $98 & then was told the final price was $120 bc it took more oil than they originally thought. I’ve had an oil change here before. My car doesn’t change the amount of oil it needs each time. In the past I’ve had good customer service and this time felt like I’ve been lied to. I’m completely disappointed with my experience.

We we spent over 2 1/2 hours waiting for something that should’ve taken less than half an hour. I was never informed why it took so long or updated that there would be a delay. (I had a friend with me with some serious medical issues and waiting there for almost 3 hours was extremely hard on her-I would’ve never stopped if I had any clue it would be that long.) I live an hour from the dealership, and have never wanted to buy a car so far from my home for this reason. I’ll be looking into other options for getting my car serviced in the future.
Went in to fix a burned out bulb for my right front turn signal and paid way too much for that little problem. Have bought several cars here but will probably look at other models at another dealership. Had a brake fluid change but the labor to change a bulb was rediculous.

Staff was great.Great service.But no car wash. Other toyota dealers provide car wash and vacuum.
