Great job to the service team working me in when the 12v battery kept going dead.
Information that has always been correct in our file was wrong. I had to correct it. I even asked if he had the right Jim —- explanation of service and prices are usually good. Thus was not. Usually they will send a text then come talk with you in the lobby to discuss. He did not. When I went to discuss he was not there. Had to ask another person. Long story short. I felt uninformed and over paid because I didn’t understand some of the service and pricing they were doing

Justin was a pleasure to work with and made sure that everything was properly taken care of on my truck. If I ever need work done on my truck in the future, I hope that I will be working with Justin.
The front desk, the mechanic and service were great. The problem was that I needed a shuttle ride and was forgotten. I ended up having to wait almost 2 hours for my oil change.
My husband also received a phone call from an unidentified person from Evan’s Toyota. My husband couldn’t understand the conversation. It was odd because I was waiting for the shuttle ride at that same time period. I asked the desk if someone had called and they knew nothing about it.
Your prices are ridiculously high for a tire rotation, balance and oil change.

I enjoy being a part of the team it means a lot to me when I can bring my car in a leave it in good hands and I hope that the people of Toyota keep doing the work that they are doing and that they will continue to be the best at what they do
