My profile on the touch screen fails to load starting around 9/07, which is curiously 6 months after my purchase date. Toyota wants me to enable it for security reasons thru their app. I don't run apps. I don't appreciate the removal of functionality from my vehicle. Mr. Markowski was unable to assist me, referring me to Toyota. Otherwise, the service at Evans Toyota was professional and quick. I appreciate the brief videos of the inspection provided by the service department.
Just a bit long for a scheduled tire rotation, 2 hrs..otherwise all is great.
After the software update to my vehicle, I still cannot get the key to show as a connected device. It is on the list of Bluetooth devices, so I assume it was connected before the update, and might be important. The car does still lock with my key.

Too high cost for mainly just oil and filter. Looked at video of inspection and very little benefit. If there had been an issue from inspection, then service would have easily recovered cost for inspection. Paid $131.00 for oil and filter and inspection. Not likely to return if I find another service.

Sam is a great service representative! He’s very friendly and listens well! He focuses on the issue at hand and is not afraid to say that he doesn’t know something and he’ll get back with info when he finds it.
You guys have your computer records all screwed up. I didn’t even have any work done on any of my vehicles recently. My adult son however did and I have been getting all kinds of text messages about service that he apparently had done. I have already discussed this issue with your general manager.
