I would like to recommend that the service techs do NOT turn off the headlights or any other owner settings in the vehicle.
Dainen was very helpful to me with my latest experience at Evans. He's thorough, understanding,and a good communicator.

I don't like to speak service advisor when my car is brought in for service.
The service itself was good. However, when trying to schedule the appointment, I had called and left a voice message. Nobody called me back. This has happened before.
I find it quite ridiculous it takes 2 hours for an oil change, especially when I told them I needed to be gone at a certain time to pick my kids up. I also used the shuttle and it took an hour before I could get picked up. The service should have been rescheduled knowing I couldn’t wait 2 hours.
No issues with service transaction.
It took over 2 hours for the oil change. On the vehicle inspection report there is nothing on the brakes life!
