Great overall service from check in thru the various services completed. I really like the texting capabilities keeping me informed at each step with decisions that can be communicated back and forth in realtime.

It was our very first visit to your service center. I felt too much in the "dark". Didn't know what to expect. Very little communication and no follow up thoughts or interaction.

Staff were not helpful seemed put off by me being there with unexpected tire blowout. The check in guys were not busy, no waiting but were curt. Tried to call back after leaving my car was transferred but never reached anyone after 6 calls. I told the operator to have them get my car ready I was coming to get it to take elsewhere. When I arrive the service dept has no idea! I was told it would take 4-5 days to get a tire for my car!!!!! They offered no alternative and I was never allowed to talk to manager. I found a tire across the street to be in within 24hours!!! EVANS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A CAR REPAIR!

I would like to recommend that the service techs do NOT turn off the headlights or any other owner settings in the vehicle.
