I was very pleased with every aspect of my service. I was provided a car to drive when mine was going to take a few days and they even went out of their way to cover the damaged wires when the warranty wouldn’t cover it. I will always recommend buying a Toyota to others.

I was told by my agent that it would be approximately 2 hours. At the 2 hour and 45 minute time period my agent walked past me and I said sir, Could you please check on my vehicle? He said, I can't right now and proceeded to go into an office by the waiting area. I watched him sit there for a while. Then I went out and talked to another agent who got right up and went over to the person working on my car to check. He said it is near completion. He then checked me out. I seldom if ever make a complaint. We've been customers of Evans for decades, and have always had respect. The texting feature is ok, but agents still need to respect and check in with their customers. This agent needs training, I believe. I've been in the customer service arena for 30 yrs, and have trained individuals in this area. This incident gives Evans a poor image in my estimation. Sincerely, Jane S

Brought the car in to replace a door handle. It took, at the most, an hour . The service charge was $160!! That seems exorbitant. My husband and I both drive Toyotas, purchased from you….I have been a customer for years. Is this what we can expect going forward? Did an Sullivan/Alber

Took way too long for no more than was completed. Was not a major inconvenience, but a minor annoyance for sure. Appointment was at 10; was after 12 when work was completed. Rotated tires, inspected, topped off fluids, and replaced a wiper blade.
