The service writer was fine although a little unsure of himself. I never received a video from the technician doing the over all vehicle inspection. Was this just an oversight or are you no longer providing this service?

Please do not call me. I already voiced why i was displeased. The people were very friendly, but being quoted an hour and price of 325 (just for a second key) then taking over two hours (missing my next appt) and then trying to charge 360 when done is what i was unhappy about. If it takes 2 hours, tell me 2 hours. If there's shop charges and taxes that will be added on to the quoted price, tell me the total up front!
We are always happy with our visit. We have purchased our car or truck from Evans. If you can check our records we have purchased many vehicles from Evans. And always will!!!

Maintenance required popped up on the display while we were traveling. They were able to get us in on the following Monday after our return on Saturday. Very pleased they were able to get us in.
My appointment was for an alignment, and to check the oil level and a visual on the left front for clunking noise in turns. Everything was handled courteously by Mr. Thu.
I waited for my car and was told one hour maybe 1 1/2 hours and would be completed. It ended up being three hours. I was not informed earlier about a delay, otherwise I would not have stayed. Communication between reps and clients needs to be more forthcoming. Thank you for any follow up for this.
