The mechanic did not reassemble the vehicle properly in that a heat shield was hanging down. This cost me 1.5 hours and the inconvenience of bringing the vehicle back to be completed.
Was not notified about shop being 2 hours behind nor did anyone come talk or update me while I sat there for 2 hours and nothing was done on my vehicle.
Jonn, Kathy and Logan were great. Just not thrilled about how long it took to take care of a major problem that reared its ugly head just 42 hours and 25 to 30 miles after taking delivery of my car. I do not feel I should have had to battle so hard to have Evans step up and do the right thing. So BOO to the used car manager but a huge thank you to Kathy,John and Logan.
I had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Arrived early to check in. Technician advised he would try to have it done in an hour but there was a lot of people ahead of me. What is the point of making of making an appointment?
Then during inspection they found a leaking “banjo washer”. I did not know what that was and the technician couldn’t tell me either. I had to google it. How can I make an informed decision without details.
The technician kept trying to upswell me a tire rotation. Even after I told him I get free tire rotation and alignment at another location.
It appears you have gotten rid of technicians that had a car background and hired a bunch a salesman.
Service received was very timely and professional. I was greeted and treated in a professional manner. I was kept informed where service was at in the servicing project and was made aware of additional areas that were of concern and may need additional attention.
Damien was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely work with him again!
