Minor complaint: tech did not reset “maintenance required” message. I called service advisor to ask how to reset and went to voicemail, left call back message and never received call back. In the meantime, I found a video on line how to reset the message, otherwise I would have needed to call back again.

Walked off Street. Got me scheduled been having problems for years. Found problem had me scheduled for Dec 5. Needed to be out of state Dec 3. Got me in Nov28 were busy squeezed me in at 9 am was home by noon. Checked all 3 trailers everything worked. One happy customer. THANKS! John and techs awesome

Everything was fine as far as service, but dealerships in general need to stop trying to screw people over on price. You’d probably end up making more money, if you charged reasonable, competitive prices to other shops.
