John always does a great job with scheduling and notify me. He has done a great job for years.
$190 for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous and for that reason I won’t be coming back. I understand labor costs, but to be charged that amount, is a bit much!
When I pulled into the service bay, as I was emptying out my car to leave with a service advisor, I was not greeted by any of the service advisors. I had to say good morning to all of them and then ask who I needed to drop my vehicle off with. It would have been nice for one of the advisors to say hello and direct me to where I need to give someone my keys. Every other dealership I have taken vehicles to, I would have a service advisor meet me at my vehicle and greet me.
Charged 1 hr diagnosis when I had already diagnosed the problem and told the service person when the car was dropped off. Originally told it was over $1000 to change the thermostat, utterly ridiculous. Then only after complaining suddenly discovered they also had to “reprogram” the rear backup sensors. Vehicle has only 30k miles. So much for Toyota reliability.
Not very impressed by the representative.
Pyay was very friendly and provided a very efficient check-in and check-out experience. He explained the process and gave an accurate estimate of the completion time. Great job!
Was there 31/2 hour the first’s three hrs NO ONE told me anything I had to go back out an ask what was going on. IT doesn’t take 3hours to check car out. After I said something they checked and had my car done in 40 minutes. Was not happy with you guys. You were over booked or didn’t have enough people working.

Dainen was very helpful in trying to get warranty info for the battery. Although it took more time than i had anticipated, ultimately was satisfied with job completion.

Dainen is definitely people oriented and does a wonderful job representing Evans Toyota. Dainen, has demonstrated his motivation to please, this will make him successful both now, and in the future.

The maintenance tech found my driver side fog light was out. I didn’t think it was out but had it changed out anyway. When I got my truck back last night, I had no fog lights working at all. I will be calling Justin to get this sorted out here shortly today. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the service.
