My husband showed up mon at 9am as was told to. No part so he had to make another trip to fort wayne tues to have the work done. Comunication seems to be a problem

My battery died 10 days afterwards and had to get it jumped. I figured a multi point inspection would catch that. Additionally, out of the three dealerships I have taken my car to, Evans was the least caring. Going to try Fort Wayne Toyota next.

When I called for my 30k mile tune up, I wish there would have been communication on how long they needed the car. No one told me ahead of time and I was there for over 3 hours. It was nothing adding came up, just the regular flushes needed. Communication would have been welcomed.

I don't ever want to go back to Evans Toyota. I missed the first part of my meeting and the whole experience was upsetting.
There was a comment in the report that i got the link to staying that I have an incorrect size battery. I would've preferred someone told me that.
I then responded to that with a question for clarification in the comment section early this morning, and still have not heard back.

Employees were friendly and professional. Service to car was done when promised. Would have been nice if Evans Toyota could have applied any service discounts that all dealerships do. My mother’s bill amounted to over $500.00. No discounts. Ouch!! Service technicians should wear coverings over shoes to prevent dirt being tracked into car. Saw evidence of that on front passenger floor mat. Minor complaint.
Said needed alignment. But video by tech said nothing about it and nothing on paperwork said anything. Was saying would cost $119.00 only have 20000 miles still under warranty. Was never mentioned again before I left. Tech didn't reset service notification on dash either. Was impressed by either.
Conner did a great job. He seems very knowledgeable.
