came in to replace a suspension clip but somehow it triggered another code for repair and it was pointed to a wiring issue but the car never had it prior to appointment

I will be contacting Conner. I have a ASC warranty plan that I want reviewed for the upcoming appointment on December 8th.
I scheduled my appt for 7:30 am
I arrived at 7:20 so that my car could go right in. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes. The doors were not open until 730.
I then checked in right away, and was told that my service would take no more than one hour. At one hour and five or 10 minutes I went to the service desk and inquired us to the status. It was that point that I was told that my car actually did not begin service until 8:00. I traveled approximately 40 minutes to come to your facility for service. If Service was not going to start until 8:00, why have me there before 7:30? Communicating that my service was going to be 30 minutes late would have been kind since I had to miss meetings for work as a result.
While I was finally checking out (later than what I should have been service started late) the service desk worker kept trying to sell me services despite being told that I was late numerous times.
Also, I was not called to the service desk. I finally went to the service desk to once again check status several minutes after I had received the email about the car service and report.
Causing a customer to be late for work as a result of a scheduling issue on your end is not acceptable. Then to compound the issue by not checking out as swiftly as possible is further not acceptable.

Great service and the lounge/waiting area is so nice! Makes it so easy to do work or relax while the car is being worked on.
Justin was pleasant however, I’m not happy that I have to come back again and have to go to an additional location to get my issues fixed.
