Took 3+ hours for my 15000 mile check.
I’m beyond frustrated with the dealership; however, not with the service writers. I checked in at 11:35AM for my 11:45AM appointment. I sat at the dealership until 1:50PM. I have no idea what was going on but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take over two hours for an oil change. Everyone’s time is valuable and it would be appreciated by not only myself but all customers to get in and out quickly.

It took much longer than expected! We felt the sales rep was trying to just up charge us by acting as if we needed all these services on a car with 30,000 miles. We came in for an oil change and leave with over a $300.00 bill.

The staff in the service department was disappointing. While one staff member was very friendly the other person must have been having a bad day. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

Had to clean hand prints inside after pick up. I am very happy with the time it took to service even dropping the suv off a hour and a half early.
