Not necessarily PA, but Evans Toyota as a company. I was waiting to get my light fixed and it is back out. I think the technician didn’t know what he was doing and therefore caused another problem with my remote starter. Now the light is out again. I’m convinced that they should’ve sent it to the Hyundai dealership to get it fixed. I still have no working light

I was VERY impressed by everyone at this dealership. I’d bought my car there a few years ago because my son was impressed by the service he received after buying a car there. Everyone was patient and kind even when I was late getting there because I got lost on the way . You’re an hour from me, but when I need service, I’ll be back !!

Danien was outstanding. He wanted to know what the problem was after I asked if your service department would check and top-off my truck’s fluids. He didn’t pressure me or laugh when I told him what I did. Quite the opposite. He said it happens periodically. Your industry needs more service desk people like Danien.

For a simple oil change, it was ridiculous. Poor mechanic techs and poor service techs. Also you can never get hold of them by phone. Always busy.Called more than a dozen times.
