Info was very prompt and complete. However, arrangements were not made for a shuttle to pick me up. I left 2 voicemails about this and a text and never received a response. I finally called the shuttle driver directly and he made arrangements promptly to get me back to the dealer. Also, I left my work contact number and explained I can’t carry a cell on my job but all communication was through my cell. Work on the car was great but customer service was not what I am used to with Evans.

I’m sure the oil change and tire rotation was fine. However….when I checked in I specified told the man my tire light was on and to please put air in my tires. When I left Toyota and started my car the yellow light on the dash was still on. My husband was driving so he drove the car around the lot but the light stayed on. We went back in the service area and told them. They had not put air in the tires. The man did then. I was disappointed with this service.
You were told that there’s and alignment problem but you said there wasn’t a problem when we brought the car in later on you said it was a alignment problem which caused the tires to go bad so I had to pay for tires and alignment. problem that I told you about since it’s going to be a your word against mine. I guess I lost.
