This is probably the second or third time I've worked with Justin, normally I work with John Geiger who happened to be off the day I had the car towed in. Both of these gentlemen are great.. I actually left a review on Google last night because I was so pleased with the experience

Don’t send a text at 7am on a Sunday asking for experience rating.
On other occasions I was kept informed as to what was being done to the vehicle like a video and that was not the case this time at least I did not see it on the text messages. Only document I saw on my phone was the vehicle check in. I took my maintenance booklet inside for them to sign off on and I ask the rep if all the things noted for the 15,000 mile done and he said yes but did not check all them off that pertained to this check up, like inspect ball joints, brake linings/hoses, steering gear etc. If these were done, maybe they should have been checked off by the mechanic. I am very particular about my vehicles that I own. Also, nothing is noted as to how much tread left on tires, how the brake pads are etc. I just would have like more information.
I wish that a one hour job didn't take 3 hours to start.
He did a good job except he left a part on my dash and have no clue where it goes. Now I have to make Arturn trip to get this put where it's supposed to go.Other than this problem..my car drives like a new car.
Dainen was easy to work with and did an excellent job of getting our vehicle issue resolved, even though we had no appointment…

I have been coming to Evans Toyota for 16 years and the professionalism of the staff, and workmanship by the technicians has always been good. I visited in December to have brakes replaced. Upon arriving I was asked to authorize $160 for a vehicle inspection. This was as surprise to me as the service always included a 21 point inspection in the past. I had to return a couple of weeks later as one of the wheels was making a rubbing sound. At this visit I was asked to authorize $165 for an inspection. To be frank this annoyed me. When I questioned this I was told that they have always charged this and that the fee would be waived if what was needed was related to the prior repair. I need to mention that I had to wait a week to get an appointment to bring the car back in so I didn't drive the car. It turned out that a dust cover was bent out of place when a front rotor was changed and this was rubbing on the rotor when I turned the front wheels. This was corrected and their was no charge. I have become disappointed by the inspection charge policy and the long wait especially since I always schedule an appointment.
Things couldn’t have gone smoother, from start to finish. They did a great job and answered all questions. The work was done quickly and timely.
