None of the dx fee was applied to the repair. I left the car overnight so there was no need to put it back together and take it apart again.
Service was fine pricing on the high side.

Overall great. But when got home, noticed that next appt had been scheduled for me without telling me or getting an option for another day/time. Tried to reschedule online, but system would not let me, so canceled and will call for appt at time convenient for me. Just may have lost the info on what was supposed to be done at next appt. System wants to give me 120,000 mile service, but that's been done.
Danien and his crew were professional, even when I was not too happy. He diffused the situation, and thoroughly explained the issue. I am very impressed, and I will return when needed.

Great service, however the length of time to do a simple oil change should not have exceeded two hours. Only negative comment is the wait time at the dealership. Same price as Jiffy Lube but wait time is 1.4 hours less.
Again happy with the service just the time strain was painful
