I was on a time crunch and they got my car done and ready despite also needing it aligned. Everyone was friendly and helpful
The time was very long. 3 hours. Oil change, tire rotation, and possible slow leak on drivers side front tire. I called various times (4-5) to reach service and find out the delay. No one ever picked up the phone even when going to the general service line. It just seemed excessive time for the car.
I appreciated being able to get service right away so that we did not need to cancel our travel plans.

I am unsure that my tires were rotated and my service sticker and service reminder on my dashboard display were not updated.
Dainen was very professional. The service technician did a thorough and excellent job in evaluating the repairs as well as completing the repairs on my vehicle.

I’m always very happy with everything at Evan’s Toyota. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and have purchased 4 vehicles during that time. Service is always great and timely.
I've been an Evans Toyota customer for 6 years. But I have always noticed that Service will take advantage of people who don't know much about cars, like myself. They really do sell you things that you do not need. I can't leave Evans Toyota without spending a minimum of $300-$400. I go in for an oil change for the cheapest package option. As soon as I get there, the service guy points to the middle option, and says "we're gonna do this" the middle option that's $100 more. Without even asking me if that's okay. My last time there, I just needed a tire because I had a flat. I get quoted $250 for a new tire which isn't in stock and I would have to be back tomorrow, which is not doable for me take more time off work. I call another place and get quoted $160 for an even better tire than the tire Toyota quoted me. And I can get it same day. It just made me realize how much I'm getting upcharged. I totally understand what a business has to do, but this has been nonstop for 6 years.
Please note that this review does not reflect on any of the Service guys working the desk because they are all VERY nice. It's truly the principle of telling someone ignorant about cars to spend X more dollars when it's not needed EVERY time I'm there for service. I will likely be done using Evans Toyota unless absolutely necessary because I don't want to be taken advantage of.
He explained what he did to my car in an easy to understand way and made sure I knew of any other things that were wrong
