My car was filthy on the inside when I left. I will have to shampoo my seats to get the grease marks out as well as my dash and door was smeared with grease. And the contents of my glove compartment were left of the floor of my car after my cabin filter was changed. Jiffy lube does a better job of keeping my car clean.

Poor communication Drop vehicle at 730am Front wheel bearings loud $165 diagnostic fee Call at 405pm Confirm wheel bearings need replaced Vehicle in shop overnight Spoke to service manager about poor communication and diagnostic fee and overcharge $1485 total Reduced to 1285 No confirmation of bearings installed, aftermarket or oem Service used to be better Also misspelled my name
