I had an appointment at 9 am and at noon the car still had not been touched. It was to have an oil change and tires rotated. When asked when it would be done we were told “it will be a while”. When I said I wanted the car back and to not do anything the story changed. I was told the oil had been changed and tires rotated. When looking the tires were never rotated. We went straight to another Toyota dealership to have them check it out. They confirmed the tires were never rotated. Horrible service and disrespectful customer service. Don’t lie about performing service, that’s fraud. We will never use this dealership again.

The Service I received at Evans was outstanding. The team went out of their way to fit me in the schedule and the work was completed exactly as promised. Safety concerns with my vehicle were called to my attention and rectified along with providing transportation home. I was completely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Evans Toyota.
