We dropped off our vehicle the evening before, and gave the key to a service coordinator at the counter. The next morning, we got a text message from Evans saying that we had missed our appointment and that we would need to reschedule. Our vehicle eventually got serviced, but that was very stressful.
I had a 10:30am appt to replace the drivers heated seat. The part was in from 2 weeks ago & they told me it might take 2 hours. When I ckd in the svc advisor asked me if I need it by the end of the day. I said it’s only supposed to take a couple of hours I would wait. I waited for 3 hours and then I decided to ck on the progress. They hadn’t started on my repair yet due to me being entered as “END OF DAY”. I explained and they started on my repair shorty after that. I spent 5.5 hours in ur lobby. I’m sorry but I hv to complain. He did apologize when I ckd out & I accepted his apology .
The diagnosis was no charge and that was a pleasant surprise . The work is always completed quickly , again much appreciated !
Pyay handled this follow-up service with attention to detail… obtained the exact warranty information on new parts and wrote them down. This was a very expensive repair and appreciate he utilized the best discount for me. His customer service is a credit to Toyota
Jacob does an excellent job and is the reason I keep coming back to Evans. He’s friendly, he’s efficient, he communicates everything that is going on with my car in a way I can understand. I’ve tried out several different dealerships and I keep coming back to Evans because the service is so excellent.
Every time I turn the vehicle on, I get an error about the maintenance needing to be completed, because whoever did the work didn't reset the vehicle to know that the maintenance was completed. So now I have to bring it back to get it taken care of again
Excellent service and staff
Dissatisfied with overall service experience. My appointment was scheduled for 9am on Feb 21, 2024. My vehicle was in Evans for a brake flush and replacement of a rear windshield wiper. After waiting for 1.5 hous, I was informed Evans had not started the service. It would take another 1.5 hours to start and complete the service. I should have been told at 9am, that services were backed up. I pulled the vehicle out at 11:30am and rescheduled for next week.
I'm not pleased at all.
