They were on time, courteous, and efficient.
Very disappointed. Bumper is still hanging even though I asked if the service I was getting would fix that.
When I got there I was told 2.5 hours for service. I was there over 4 hours. I feel it should be communicated during the process that things are not moving at expected pace. No one said anything. I had to gobinto service area 3 times to ask. It could have been handled better.
Extremely disappointed! I should have been told bumper could not be fixed by Toyota. I never would have just gotten 1 thing (splash guard) repaired and another thing (bumper) not fixed. Now I’ll probably have to file an insurance claim for the bumper and the money I spend at Toyota for the splash guard would have been included in that claim.

My warranty recall was not completed on my screen in my car- I know it’s silly but now I have to either stop back in or call and someone has to walk me thru turning this off.
