Grant was so awesome & patient. Phan Thuy checked me in and also was very professional. Josh made me feel like a welcome guest. Even though he was not my service manager he still asked about my children and my well being. I love bringing my vehicle here because I always feel like I’m well taken care of.

This is the best my car has driven in months. I’m very grateful for the service I received today and that I was listened to, heard and understood. I didn’t even have to ask him to order the tire the last time I was in for service he understood that it was necessary and that I wanted it. I’m grateful for this and his style of service.

I have to visit twice ( yesterday and today) only for checking light of my car. I told yesterday to check my car’s lights function’s properly working or not? They didn’t check it. Give me $170 estimate only for diagnosing why deeper light not working then going to charge extra for parts and labor also. My question is if you are going to charge $170 for diagnostic the problem why are you going to charge extra for labor?
I was given a price for a oil change over the phone which I thought was a little high but when I got to service department for oil change they said it would be $30 more that’s not a good way to run a business your rep should’ve honored my first price I was given
Overall, the service was excellent!
Did solve my main problem of left side side light. I told during check in time. Did not inform me they will not fix it and I have to contact body shop.

Car was with service dept for 8 hours. There were 3 issues and was told 1 was fixed. When I got in the car it was immediately apparent that issue was not resolved.
