An oil change , and tire change took 3 hours and you broke a stud off my tire. Completely ridiculous! I won’t be back
When we brought the car home my wife went to get something out of the glovebox and the lower glovebox fell open this never happens. When she went to close it. It doesn’t function properly whoever worked on the cabin air filter knows that they broke this. They should have told the truth to you so you could have talked with me about this. The lower glovebox will not stay closed on its own as it should. It was working fine before this service was done.
He was very friendly, providing all the information we needed and helping us understand what needed to be done for the vehicle. He kept us updated until the end. I was very satisfied with his work and will definitely work with him again in the future when we go to Evan Toyota.
Everything was great. Today I woke to an icy cold car and the console computer rebooted the gps. I might need to bring it in again?
