Had a really good experience working with him
I didn’t like that l had to consult my phone my car’s inspection report instead of just having someone talk to me like they did the last time l took the car in for services. I didn’t feel comfortable connecting to Toyota’s internet connection because my phone alerted that it was not a secure site, so l waited until l got home to read the report and a result l missed out on fixing 2 other things(replacement of my filter and the license plate light).
John Geiger has been an excellent representative and will miss him.

He was great. When I remembered I had difficulty with passenger window going down at checkout, he immediately went to my car and fixed the situation.
