Purchased a truck, the next day I called and emailed about the brakes not properly working and how the truck was pulling. Never heard anything back. Day three after the purchase I talked to my salesman and he told me to take it into the shop. Arrive at the shop with an appointment and I’m told my truck can’t be looked at until the next day. However, that night they told me they found the issue with the brakes and it needed an alignment. Day four, I received a call saying my truck was done and ready for pickup however they couldn’t do the alignment because the tierod was seized. So I purchase a truck from Evans and within 24hrs it needs repairs and they won’t complete the alignment. Why was the truck sold when it wasn’t road ready? Why was the alignment not able to be fixed? Also, was told I’d have a full tank of gas when I purchased it and didn’t.
Connor did a great job. He kept me informed of what was going on, gave an accurate estimate on the repairs, and vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

I am not satisfied. The service person recommended repairs needed due to frozen backend resulting in not being able to complete alignment. I have questions regarding this and some others. I’ve left Connor three vmail messages and have not heard back. This seems to be a reoccurring issue based on a similar experience that I’ve had in the past.
My concerns were addressed and answered professionally but with down to earth understanding. I felt it was a good experience.
My car was ready while I waited in the lobby and no one came to tell me until I went to ask because it had been so long.
I’m satisfied with the mechanical work that was done. Before, I brought my vehicle in I cleaned it throughly and after that mechanical work was done there was dirt from their shoes and dirty hand marks on the handle of the door. I think they could have been more cautious about their dirty hands and shoes.
I still have an unusual gap between the fender and bumper, they said it’s still normal but I don’t think so. A new car shouldn’t be like that.

I couldn't start my car after the service. It was fixed but it was an additional wait and I had already been waiting for almost three hours.
