The radio does not work. I have sound but cannot use my radio, phone, backup camera or anything that goes through my screen. I’m disappointed that I have to bring my car back in so that it can be fully repaired.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Evans Toyota’s service department from the service writer to the service technician….top notch! In this particular appt. I didn’t want to believe what all the service tech said needed done because it was going to be pricey but, he was spot on and my car is driving wonderfully. A special thank you to Paul the technician who actually did these repairs for me!
When they have your car over 4 hrs. They should call u with an update. My car went in at 8:30 and after I called twice I got an update at 3 pm. The service people were very nice.

John Geiger is the best service advisor I've ever worked with, among several brands and dealerships, and that's not hyperbole. I am a loyal customer to him, and I hope he remains at Evans for as long as I have Toyota vehicles to service and maintain.

I was received promptly and treated in a very professional manner. My vehicle was processed in a very timely manner so I could go about my day.
Worse service I ever had, little to no communication. Car was in the shop longer than necessary. No one calls back, only Sam helped me. Would not come back for any other work.
I saw that my car was in the parking lot so I asked about the progress of my car. Was told that it was on a test drive and when he had the paperwork he would come for me. 25 minutes later I left with my car. My car was the one I saw parked in finished lot. So my oil change and tire rotation took one hour and 40 minutes.
John has been a pleasure to work with for the last several years!! Anything we needed, he worked hard to make it happen. He was the reason we trusted Evans.
It was extremely difficult to reach the service adviser for communication on the vehicle.
