Our vehicle wasn’t fixed when we came to pick it up and it wasn’t clean either. Brand new sunroof would open but it wouldn’t close and also had dirty fingerprints all over the roof liner. John was great to work with and communicated timely and often. Our issue isn’t with him, it was with whoever actually did the work. Hopefully we do not have more issues with the fix they did to our sunroof in the future…that’s our fear.

To much time to do an oil change. I did hear that Evans was short on mechanic s and technicians. I understand. I run a business also. Communication is a very important part of doing any type of service.

While removing thw skid plate the mechanic broke a bolt. Without letting me know they put the hardware in the bed of the truck one bold was missing and 3 clips that attacked the grill to the skid plate.
That was after 3hrs wait.

Work took till the next day and my console tv rebooted this morning. More than $400 for a battery seems steep, and it cost me $80 in Uber because it wasn’t done Monday when it was scheduled.

I was well taken care of today.
My appointment was at 10am and promised to be completed at 11:45. They didn't take my vehicle in until I complained at 11:36. Not to mention the service desk guy that looked and sounded stoned that wanted to overalk me with his smartass way. I'll never come back to this establishment. It's very obvious that a service contract gets put to the back of the line to cash paying customers. I watched endless cash customers come and go. Even ones that came an hour and a half after me with major things to be done.
The people are very nice, prices are just ridiculous to change a filter $64 for real that's plug and play. Other than that amazing people
