They were very thorough and completed everything I ask them to check included in under the time I was quoted. I believe it was Sam who even sat in my car with me and showed me how to find how many miles until empty on the digital screen. I loved the waiting area with massage chair and free popcorn, snacks, drinks, phone chargers, magazines, games, it was awesome! Way to go Evans! Unfortunately I couldn’t get my backup camera fixed without being charged even though it hasn’t worked since I bought it.
I don’t like when I have to take my car back to service every time I change oil. They always messed up with something .
They are concerned with my car at the service department at Evans Toyota. I am glad they could get my battery out in, in a timely manner.
