The $170 diagnostic charge for my seatbelt really isn’t sitting well with me. I don’t think that is justified for a diagnosis that shouldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes. That would have covered more than half of what that repair was quoted at. Then when I was checked in I was told it would be about 2-3 hours so I figured I would wait. Ended up being there over 5 hours for two small recalls and for them to diagnose my seatbelt and look at my tires?!? This was my first time at Evans and I just can’t see myself coming back solely because of that $170 fee to tell me the seatbelt was broken when I stated that at check in. I get diagnostic work isn’t free but you really should be able to 1/4 or 1/2 your rate when the problem is as simple as one like this.
Great service, short wait Pyay was awesome.
Thanks for the great service!
I was called by Jerrad Adams around 8:40 am letting me know that my vehicle was done being serviced. He asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership to which I said, yes. Jerrad was going to dispatch the driver to come pick me up. By 11:30 am nobody had shown up to pick me up. I called the dealership at least four times and even left a message with service to inquire when I would be picked up but nobody in service would pick up. I was even connected to an upper manager to let them know nobody was answering and what was going on. At 1:26 I got a call from Sam letting me know my pickup was done being serviced. I told him that I knew it was done but I’m still waiting to be picked up from work to be taken to the dealership. I told him that Jerrad was supposed to dispatch the driver to come get me. At 1:42 pm I received a call from the driver apologizing and letting me know that it was the first he heard about me needing a ride back to the dealership.
Very professional, great communication, excellent service
I was told the shuttle would be available in 25-30 min. After waiting 45 min I went to the desk to ask when I might expect the driver to arrive. The employee called the driver again and was told 20 min. I then waited another 30 min. I went back to explain that I had to take the shuttle to be home for my kids when they got home from school. I was told AGAIN that the driver would be there in 25-30 min which was too late for me to get my kids who are not old enough to be home alone. I dropped my car off at 10 min before 1pm and was still waiting at 2:30. At 3 the driver finally came to ask if I wanted a ride but at that point my car was close to being complete. I was very disappointed with the shuttle service and I was very lucky that I had a neighbor who could help with my kids otherwise I would have had a six year old alone, unable to get into her house.
It took a while for the service rep to return my phone call in order to schedule my appointment (I couldn’t schedule it via the person who schedules appointments because what parts needed to be ordered weren’t documented in my record. If it was documented, the scheduling process could be streamlined.) Even though I scheduled a couple of weeks in advance, all needed parts hadn’t come in so had to leave my car overnight.
KJ is the best mechanic!!!!
2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Oil change was scheduled for 1pm and it was 3pm before it was complete.
Jerrad Adams and his team are always very professional. That's why iam a repeat customer!
Attitude and not listening to coworkers on issues. Not happy with at all. Prefer if I do decide to keep follow up appointment I'd rather deal with someone else
Easy in, easy out. Work completed in a timely manor.
Feel free to call. I have no problem with Jarred, but with overall functioning and interactions of the service department.
Everybody was prompt and friendly
John was great to deal with.
