We had an appointment for 10:30. The service person said give me 2 hours. We said ok. After the 2 hour the car still wasn’t looked at. Finally at 12:50 the car was looked at. It took just 10 minutes for the car to get look at. To fix the car service needs 3 hours. So now we will need to get the car back to Evan’s.

I just visited on 8/1 for a safety recall. I specifically asked that my oil be changed while I was in because the date on the sticker was 8/9. I realized a couple days later that my oil was not changed so I made another appointment for 8/13. I was told today that it wasn’t due for an oil change because I hadn’t hit the mileage yet, but they would reset the maintenance light for me. I asked to have it changed anyway and I was basically told that the mileage was the only important factor and that I would have to use one of my free oil changes or pay out of pocket because I was not within the mileage range yet.

We are very frustrated with your service department. What should have been a fast turnaround, pairing a key fob that we were told should take 10 mins turned into 2 hours! We asked why did it take so long to tell us that we had to have the vehicle diagnosed and this had to be at another appointment on another day. No one was able to come up with an answer. We were already there and waited 2 hours to be given that news!!!! This was not worth the wait to be told we needed to reschedule. Clearly we were forgotten about. We will not be returning back, nor buying future cars from this dealership. We have had way too many issues with the service department and poor results with buying used cars from you all.

Your phone call system is not user friendly and frustrating. Service calls should be answered and when I leave a message, no call was returned. It is simply not acceptable customer service and it seems to happen every time I call in.
