I had an appointment for 7:30 your machinacs don’t start till eight so I was told they would have me done in half an hour. 8:30 came and went and no word on car at 9:30 I went out to service desk and asked if there was something wrong with my Camry I told them you said a half hour you would be done and it’s been an hour and half and no body has said anything about it. They went to check on it and come back and said there was a little hiccup and they should be done soon it was after 10 before my car was done. I got no text message that my car was done until twenty minutes later . I was half way home by then . I have always been treated very well when I bring my car in but this time I was thoroughly disappointed. I bought my car from you and spent over 40,000.00 dollars on my Camry. I don’t expect preferential treatment just the quality of service I have always received in the past

I brought my car in for a tire rotation and alignment told it would be two hours. It took three hours and me going to find out what happened to my car. I was very much disappointed in the time. It was Saturday my only day off work and I tried to schedule all my appointments and did not plan on spending three hours at the car dealership, how long does it normally take do that procedure? Although they did make it right by not charging us for the in-line mensch, but still, it was my time waiting three hours and nobody come out and talk to us. Nothing there was no correspondence or anything. I would have appreciated somebody coming and telling us it was going to be a little longer. I had to go find out for myself, which was very frustrating especially when I had something else planned back in Bryan my time is as valuable as anyone else’s and like I said I work six days a week and that is my day on Saturday to get everything done that I need to get done and didn’t plan on waiting three hours at the car dealership.
