This was my first experience of getting service at Evans Toyota. They were courteous on time and did a great job.

The service was fine but there are now several streaks of black grease across the front passenger floor mat that I saw when I got home.
I was pleased with my over all experience with Jerrad and Toyota. Had an issue about my oil changes and warranty, he listened and said he would look into it, which he did! And then took care of it, and explained it to me. I appreciated that the matter was taken care of.
Jerrad is doing a fabulous job! He is new, but he is great! I can tell he is learning quickly and he has wonderful customer service skills.

I can’t thank you all enough for getting all the work done today on my old Highlander. I truly appreciate that you all made sure my axles and rear differential were taken care of before you closed for the weekend. It’s a relief for me, as I love and totally rely on my old Toyota.

I tried to call in about my service and on the appointment I could not talk to a service manager. I needed additional work done, but no representative called me back after I left a voicemail. Seems to me you should be able to talk to a service manager to get everything accomplished in timely fashion. Please review your policy on returning voicemails or answering the phone in the service area to speak to a service writer
