jamie gave clear communication throughout the process of my safety recall & also gave me a call when i had left a personal belonging in the company loaner. her communication made my experience fantastic.
I only ask for an oil change. I had already had the inspection at a Toyota dealership in FL before I left in June.
I didn’t need another one.
I walked out with my a 100 dollar oil change!!
I wasn’t very happy. I could have had it done somewhere else for 65-75.
Jamie Wright is terrific! She gets 5 stars! However, I discovered after leaving that the technician had not topped off the engine coolant, so I did that myself. I also found that the 10,000 mile "countdown" clock for oil change had been reset, even though the oil was not changed at this 15,000 mile interval. Minor issues, but details are the icing on the customer service cake. Everything else was great. In and out in a short time, and again, Jamie was wonderful. Very considerate and professional! Thank you, Jamie!
I just bought this car. It had a busted back tail light bar and the headlights are busted also. I said something to the car salesman and him saying they will fix the stuff. And turns out they only fixed the back light and not the headlights. So here I just spending $23,000, and now have to shell out more to fix the headlights. Not right. Asked serves about it went they fixed the tail bar and they said they well let me know. So they would not even look at the headlights. Very disappointed!!
I used to go to Kasper when they had the Toyota business, I was very impressed by the changes made by Firelands and the high level of everybody caring and the promptnesses. I like the updates on my iPhone via text to tell me what they are doing that is a very nice touch. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Thank you all very much.

Noah was great. Always polite and friendly. Timing on my service though left a lot to be desired. Appointment was scheduled at 8a for my oil change. My car wasnt even taken back till well after 9am. Car was finally ready at 9:55am. Was told about Toyota oil change package which was a great deal by noah so i signed up for that. Was told to by noah give him 5 min to type it up. At 10:25am package still hadnt been typed up yet after sitting in the lobby for 30 min after my car was already done. This was to no fault of noahs at all he had one car after another keep coming in and nobody would come out and help him. So after 30 min of waiting in the lobby i came back out and told him now im about to be late to work and i really need to pay and get going. He apologized for how long it was taking to get the package typed up so i could pay. Again not noahs fault one bit. He was great. For how busy it was out there someone else needs to be scheduled out there on a busy Sat to ensure our appointments go as scheduled and getting our vehicles back in a timely manner. Almost 2hrs and a half hours for a oil change is unacceptable. :( again all of this is not the fault of noah. He was nothing but kind and helpful and did the best he could with the lack of help he had.
Mike Cruz also went above and beyond to assist us. So did Mr. Maschari, I would highly recommend your dealership. It’s nice to see there are dealerships that still believe in promoting a positive buyer experience.
She is great to work with. Very friendly and gets business done. When I have questions, she takes the time to explain things to me. She's a keeper!

Jamie was wonderful! Everyone in the service dept is great-positivr attitudes, they spend time explaining things when needed, and they greet with a smile. Sounds cheesy, but that kind of stuff goes a long way with customers! Thank you!!
