Always remembers who I am and sees me as more than just another customer. Customer service is stellar!! Even offers rides to get where you need to be while you do not have a car available.
The new latch’s on the rear tailgate work great. My vehicle was done in the time they told me. Always been very happy with Firelands Toyota, this is our first Toyota owner. Made the switch from always owning Fords. My husband was unhappy with Fords engines being made in Spain in the vehicle we were looking at. I think it was a smart switch!

Very satisfied overall. One little bit of improvement could have been on the extra charge I believe it may have been a shop charge related to the oil change that I wasn't aware of in the beginning until I saw it at the end not a big deal, thanks again!
