Jamie was thoughtful and courteous and provided excellent customer service! Service was prompt and the vehicle was fixed properly. I'm very satisfied with the service and the dealership as a whole.
I’m satisfied with the service we received yesterday. However I’m still not happy that I had to make multiple trips to resolve this issue because your service members didn’t want to listen to my concerns. I really do hope that your service department receives more training when it comes to listening to a customer!!

The day after my service my warning light that I need to change my oil soon came on. I will have to call and likely drive back to get it reset.

My vehicle had the same problem , the very day that I brought it home . Also , they were suppose to do a multi point inspection and my tire is low indicator came on the same day . I thought that you people i , at least made a visual inspection of my tires . Very dissatisfied with you people and upset . MJK

I am not sure if I would truly say that I was completely satisfied. First of all this survey popped in at 7am on a Saturday morning...the only morning that I could possibly sleep in.
The 90,000 mile check-up was completed. I am not so sure that this facility is suggesting repairs/replacements that are necessary. I had just replaced my windshield wipers because one broke just a few weeks prior. That was on the list of suggested services. It makes me wonder if any of the other services are truly needed. I was not fond of getting a text when I was sitting there waiting, but I guess it is the way you are doing business now.
I have not received any notification for when the shocks will be replaced, but otherwise I was completely satisfied with my service.
