I've always felt very confident when bringing my car here for service. The attendants like John James are always pleasant and helpful and the mechanics are quite knowledgable and capable of any repairs that need to be done to your car.
The technician left my truck dirtier then when I dropped it off. White goo like substance on my tires and rims.
I was very disappointed this time with the service. Our car was there for 2 WEEKS. We were promised it to be expedited and then it seems the part wasn't ordered at all. Randomly when I called after 2 WEEKS 'the part is on it's way from Cleveland today'.
Not pleased this time.
They kept me posted on progress of the service and repairs. Thanks

I’m satisfied with the service we received yesterday. However I’m still not happy that I had to make multiple trips to resolve this issue because your service members didn’t want to listen to my concerns. I really do hope that your service department receives more training when it comes to listening to a customer!!
