Noah did an excellent job with servicing my vehicle within a day of drop off. Just and oil change at first but recommended an alignment. Both were done within a 24 hour period. Excellent customer service by both Noah and Jamie.

My only complaint is that I had a 1030 appointment, and for an oil change and tire rotation. It wasn’t complete tomorrow almost 1230. I arrived at my appointment at 9:25 am. I waited 2 1/2 hours before anyone came and talked to me about the estimated completion time. I was told my car would be ready between 1:30 and 2 pm. At 2:00 I was told it would be another 1/2 hour. At 3:00, after receiving NO information, I requested a loaner car. I sat in your waiting are FOR FIVE AND A HALF HOURS!!!! At no time did anyone think to ask me if I needed anything! I should have been offered a loaner car hours earlier yet I had to ask for one myself!!! This was a horrible experience and handled completely unprofessionally!!!
