It took toilo long to have the tires rotated, oil changed and the overall inspection. I arrived at 8:45 am
Drove away at 10:10 am. 1 hour and 25 minutes was unacceptably to long.
The staff is always very nice and accommodating. It’s a relaxed atmosphere in the sit in weight area. They do keep you informed on what’s happening with your vehicle. Overall great experience.

I’ve had my 2023 Tacoma in for the same issue 3 times, and it’s still not fixed. Will need to schedule another appointment to take care of the issue, which is really starting to be a hassle.
