Everything was performed with the inspection and it seems to be Sat. The only thing that I didn't like was the price quoted for cleaning and coating the inner frame. I felt the quote of $1500+ was a bit too high.
Had to have some addy work done on out Lincoln today Noah got it done sooner then expected and saved us some money. He is such a nice young man who does a great job with customer service. Always a pleasure.
I sat there for two hours waiting on my car when I have never sat there that long. I was giving a $20 off my next service when I should have been given $20 off that service for being there so long.

The video content from the technician was a great improvement. It also seems that there are a number of upgrades happening at Firelands with one that stood out to me was the replacement of the ceiling tiles that had water stains. If the small details aren’t addressed forget about the big ones. Nice improvements.
