Quick and friendly service
I have had two encounters with a gentleman at the service desk, once in person and the second was on the phone. He was an excuse maker and not trying to accommodate and speak positive at all. I had a noise in the front end of my brand new truck (purchased from Firelands) and he was a jerk. Now I will say the girl you have at the service desk was great! Very helpful and positive! She was willing to fit me in as soon as she could! Explained they were busy but she was extremely helpful. His job is to help the customer NOT find the customer an annoyance or make excuses and be negative. She needs to teach him customer service. Thanks for your time. Hopefully I will get some responses to this comment since y’all asked
