Horrible! Let’s talk Monday! In addition to other issues, within 1/10 of a mile that’s .1 of driving the car. It started to ding. So we’ll see what that’s about this weekend.

I brought my car in because my screen and my android auto pckg was not working correctly. I was never given a password and my salesman set my account up, so because no one knew the password theu did nothing and sent my car home! Wasted my time and now my car has a pop up on my screen telling me my session has expired and nothing is fixed! If a password was required, that should of been asked and discussed at the time the appointment was set up. I feel like I'm paying for an extra pkg on my vehicle that doesn't work.

Normally the wait is about 45-60 minutes for a service. Which has always been great. This time for some reason it took 2 1/2 hours. Not sure what was going on but with the level of technology being deployed it seems like customers could be notified to show up later or be offer an alternative time option instead of wasting customers time while they and their vehicles sit.

We were there a little longer than we hoped, but there was a recall that was dealt with that wasn't part of the original appointment so I don't blame anyone at the dealership for that. Better than a separate trip.
