Rushed through paperwork while on the phone with someone else. Didn't know why something was marked red when "they didn't recommend anything." They clearly recommended and quoted a new air filter. Felt pushed out the door.

John is a wonderful liason and very car literate. I trust John to answer questions, and guide my decisions based on his experience. He is also quick to ask the questions that should be asked such as inquiring about an alignment the same day new tires were put on my vehicle. Service was quickly taken care of by courteous, knowledgeable employees in the service department. I received live texts and videos as the techs were working on my car. I felt the team was honest in telling me what concerns needed immediate attention and what concerns could wait until my next service visit.

Jamie has been nice, efficient.I am satisfied with her services. But My car has been there for about a month , I did not receive any updates unless I called the service dept myself. Getting Car parts in has seemed to be the problem. I was contacted by Jamie to pick up my ca the other day that some of the services were finished I paid online went in to pick up car got keys turned car on and the engine light was on so I had to go back inside to let them know they then took my car to run it and see what the problem was and it said the timimg chain is off .... So I had to turn around and leave and my car is still there . This has not been a very good, I am disappointed in how long everything is taking also when I saw my car it was filthy not washed, and my gas light was on. I cannot remember how much gas was in the car a month from a ago.

Jamie was great but the wash was horrible. It looked like they used mud rags to wash car. I had to wash the car when I got home. There must be a better wash system. This is not first time this has happened.
