Service was excellent! Noah always does a great job and goes above and beyond to offer help in any way. Additional, the service technician was helpful in explaining the problem with the wireless charger. As far as whether I am “completely satisfied?” No, because the problem with the iPhone’s not being able to charge on the wireless charger seems like Toyota should offer a solution. Not Firelands Toyota’s fault. Just Toyota in general.

There is an electrical issue with the headlamps that the technician did not either look for or find
And I was shocked at the price $900 for two headlamp bulbs.

She was very helpful and understanding of what we needed. The car has not had any issues and has been running smoothly. The customer service went above and beyond compared to anywhere else we have gone.
Appreciate John’s helpful manner. Car ran well, but check engine and VSC code appeared halfway home around 3 hrs on the road. Will need more diagnostics and service on this end.
