The actual service was fine but I was inquiring about the possible purchase of another Toyota vehicle in the near future and asked John information about this. To me, this would be an important issue as a returning customer. He said he didn’t know and basically said that is not his department. As he was brushing off my request for details, I could clearly hear an other person he works with giving parallel direction to another customer. This is not the first or second time he has been terse as a representative of this company. I was reluctant to even go to him because I have had negative experiences in the past but was trying to give him a fresh opportunity. At this point I will not work with him in any way in the future. I will also make sure others know of his dealings with me.
John acted like I was a bother. He didn't greet, made me sign paper and asked if I was waiting for 2 hours and asked him to have someone take me to Mall. The guy who took me to Mall and picked me up was nice and we talked. Got back to dealership all John said was sign here on paper work. Never said anything else. That's why I take my car for oil change etc. somewhere else Where they treat you like they care. The only reason I did this was because of recall on airbag. Sincerely Deborah.
