Noah is the best a real asset to Firelands Toyota. He is knowledgeable pleasant and a true professional. Please get nitrogen for customers that have in there tires. There are many loyal customers that have it in their vehicles from factory and we don’t like going to places for this service. Thank you

My service experience was pleasant upon arrival. All staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in rotating my tires. Small details do matter to car owners. Thankfully my concern was addressed and fixed before I left the Toyota dealership. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed all 4 valve stem caps were loose, and almost falling off, and the tire pressures were not set at manufacturer recommendations. In addition to these basic maintenance concerns, the morning after my performed service on January 5th, I noticed fluid leaking from under my Tacoma, creating an accumulation of fluid on my garage floor. I looked under the vehicle and was able to see that it was leaking from under the driver’s side area. I will be contacting the service manager first thing Monday morning in order to further discuss this leak. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experiences. I had high expectations for an above average service experience going to a Toyota Dealership. I feel confident that my concerns will be addressed. Sincerely, Natalie R
