I am not sure if I would truly say that I was completely satisfied. First of all this survey popped in at 7am on a Saturday morning...the only morning that I could possibly sleep in.
The 90,000 mile check-up was completed. I am not so sure that this facility is suggesting repairs/replacements that are necessary. I had just replaced my windshield wipers because one broke just a few weeks prior. That was on the list of suggested services. It makes me wonder if any of the other services are truly needed. I was not fond of getting a text when I was sitting there waiting, but I guess it is the way you are doing business now.
I have not received any notification for when the shocks will be replaced, but otherwise I was completely satisfied with my service.
Put the car seat back how you found it.

Again GREASE was left in my car!! A man came out and just wiped some off with alcohol and said there you go!!! I will. NEVER be back again!!! This is the 2nd time this happened and I was not going to return after the first time but I had a recall and I did need an oil change so I thought I would give you another try!! BAD MISTAKE!!! the mechanic came flying in with my car when done and the door was coming down so he had to slam on the brakes for the door to open back up since he was trying to get in with the car ahead of him. SERIOUSLY!?? I was told I would not have the same issue if I returned. WRONG! The interior of my car is off white and I have pictures to prove the grease. And as far as washing the car, haha! I understand that my car had some mud due to the rain but why was my car the only one that was just spread around with mud! WORST SERVICE EVER, NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY!
