I asked two different times to have the tech reset my compass on my FJ after replacing the battery. I was assured by Dave my ASM that it was done. It wasn’t!! Had Dave only walked out and double checked that it was done you’d have a 100% happy customer. But he didn’t. He just assumed it was done. Also stereo was on a rap station super loud. Again had the ASM double checked his tech’s work that would have been avoided as well. When I ran my dealership # 1 rule was EVERY vehicle coming out of the shop got a walk around post work by the ASM. Interior checked and body checked.

Chad very nice man. Dave was upfront. Very pleasant. Did Not try to over sell me anything pointed out the facts gave me options. Too many dealerships are not honest and upfront with people and make up problems. I did not feel that way yesterday.

I was asked if I was the oil service package. I agreed ant first. After a great dealing of talking we decided the next day we didn’t want it. Only to be told the person sent the paper work out already without us paying for it so we were pretty much forced to pay something. I feel like nothing should have been sent out if a payment was not done.

One would think that the service department would know that my car has extended maintenance warranty and other warranty’s for the vehicle. Would have been charged if I did not insist that they check there records and I have to show all the documentation. Very disappointing

Upgrade your customer waiting area. Seating is worn out and does not meet the prices being paid for the vehicles The staff was great, no complaints. Just address your waiting area. The business makes enough money to upgrade

I took my vehicle in to have right front tire fixed, it was unrepairable , that I understood, but why they rotated my tires I wasn’t happy about, I told service writer I had only 3000 mile on them, & i agreed if it was under warranty that’s ok, I didn’t want to use my contract for that service ???????
