Firelands Toyota really tries and they're fair and honest that's how I feel
Yes, the people at the service desk were very kind and informative. They clearly explained some potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future but didn’t pressure me to do them now.
The inside of the Camry was dusty and dirty. It was beneath all previous experiences. Outside was good. The dashboard safety settings (front mitigation,blind spot, etc.) showed an intervention by the technician and we’re working on returning to previous. We’re older and the owners manual instructions can be challenging. The repair was performed satisfactorily.
Dave did a great job of making the visit to Toyota welcoming, understandable and efficient. This guy does a great job.
John handled my problem with efficiency. He listened to what the problem was came out and looked at my car, even though they were overwhelmed with how busy they were, he still found room to fit me in the very next day, and my car was completed and finished. I had a bad valve and couldn’t put air in the tire so, I was not able to drive My car, so he knew how important this was for it to get fixed.

Same response to very simple request to adjust head- lights beams, as one is pointing up and another pointing down. How difficult is it??
However, for my last three service calls in past 18 months, the response I have received is, “ we don’t have a technician to fix it this time!! We will be able to fix it at your next service call!!!!
Fewer text messages. I don’t need a text message to tell me I have arrived for my servicing appointment! Duh!
