Would be nice to have a loaner car, especially since my service took close to 3.5 hours. Would have been nice for staff to inform me of status. Staff is very friendly.

Staff always very helpful & friendly. Service was very good / efficient. Did an oil change in an hour, found car needed some extra work, I.e. filter replaced etc ... did it immediately in another hour.. ????
